Providing Funding and Support to Unite Canada’s Disability Community

To support people with disabilities in achieving goals, it is critical that we provide solutions and funding that directly impact the lives of individuals and families, while also providing opportunities for other Canadians to support in the journey.

This focus on empowering people with disabilities with autonomy is at the heart of the CDF mission. Our approach empowers individuals to pursue goals and contribute to a Canada that respects and values our potential and contribution, even in the face of seemingly insurmountable disability barriers.

We are currently running a number of pilot projects with individuals by invitation only, as we develop policy and procedure to allow any disabled individual to propose CDF projects and raise funds for CDF board-approved project expenses.
